Leicester interest in Hargreaves over

Reports today (Sunday) have suggested Leicester have dropped their interest in signing the former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves on a free contract. Leicester manager, Sven Goran-Erikkson was lining up a move for the injury-prone Hargreaves, but recently said any deal with the midfielder was 'on ice'. However, we now believe that all interest has ended. However, Sven is still hopeful of signing highly-rated Bristol City Striker Nicky Maynard, will a tempting offer of £6 million.
